Shopping is easy!

Copters.eu is an online shop for professional and amateur sets of quadcopters, hexacopters and other type of multicopters, accessories and parts for aerial video recording.

How to order

1. When you choose your product, click the "Add to cart" button
2. Choose the quantity (if it’s more than 1 (one) pcs or set)
3. Review your order in cart to ensure that all specifications are fit your requirements and follow next step “Proceed to Checkout”
4. Registration - a profile registration is not required, but with it you can save your orders and view them any time.
5. Once you have set up an account, choose the delivery and billing address (if they are different).
6. You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Following submission of your order we will send you an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.

By placing an order through our website, you warrent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All products you have ordered andpaid for are reserved for your order. Even if the stock level falls below 0 before your order is posted, it will not affect your order.

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and us

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.

All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion. The prices on the Copters.EU may differ to prices in our retail stores, catalogues or elsewhere.
Copters.EU contains a large number of goods and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on Copters.EU may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We are under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.

Prices

All prices are final, in EURO (EUR) and without VAT.

Shopping without VAT or Tax Free

If you are european based company (EU) and you have a valid VAT number, please send your VAT number to copters(at)tempexbg.com and we will make you TAX exempt user.

The following countries are members of the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Any personal information you provide to us and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with this privacy policy.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal information, including encrypting your information to applicable industry standards.
During your visit to Copters.EU we may gather certain personal information that is necessary to set up your account, for the purposes of billing, delivery of your goods and queries. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order, process any applicable refunds, respond to any complaints/feedback or to provide you with promotional information you have subscribed to.

We do not have access to your financial information which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents and who process it on our instructions.
We do not transfer your information outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) unless you are a user located outside the EEA in which case we may need to transfer your information to deliver your goods, process payment/refunds.
The Website can recognise past users by using cookies. Cookies personalise your visits to Copters.EU to meet your individual preferences. You can disable cookies by adjusting your internet settings.
When you supply your information to us you accept the risks associated with the Internet and consent to our processing your information in accordance with this policy and will not hold us responsible for any loss of your information unless we have breached our duty of care to you.

Choosing a payment method

Copters.EU provide different payment methods. In cash, via bank transfer and via credit/debit card.
Payment in cash is possible only in our offices in Plovdiv and Sofia, Bulgaria
Payment via bank transfer or via credit/debit card is limitless.
You you choose to pay via credit/debit card, you need to add a check mark in "I Agree To The Terms & Conditions"
Payment On Delivery or Cash On Delivery (COD) is available only in Bulgaria

Payment via Credit/Debit Card

You may pay by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Electron, American Express. Please ensure if you are using a credit card that you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in EURO (EUR), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

Delivery

Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select, the country of delivery and the quantity/weight/packed dimensions of goods ordered. You can check the delivery fee directly from product page or during ordering process. If you buy directly from the warehouse additional delivery fee are not added. The delivery time and price depends on the expeditor is used.
If your order is particularly heavy it may be subject extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before your order is despatched. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Warranty

The duration of the warranty depends on the manufacturers policy and it is listed in the product's page.

Our Returns Policy

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to immediately inspect them and, in the event that he finds obvious defects, the absence of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the documents required by Bulgarian legislation, to immediately inform the person carrying out the delivery. If he does not do this, the goods are considered approved, and the buyer loses the right to later claim that it was delivered to him with obvious defects, the absence of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of those required by Bulgarian legislation documents. Complaints about goods purchased through the online store are carried out according to the rules of the ЗПСССУПС and ЗПП (for users only) and/or in accordance with the terms and conditions of their commercial guarantee.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
