Recharging with both AC and DC is economical, green, and highly efficient. While using grid power, you can recharge the Power 2000 with solar and/or car power. With an expansion battery [5], recharging power can soar to 3000 W [11], rapidly replenishing energy. Intelligent charging prioritizes clean solar power, cutting grid electricity use and reducing bills. This is especially useful for RV[26] camping and emergency power needs.
When an electrical device is connected to a powered-on DJI Power 2000 via an AC output port and both are receiving grid power, the Power 2000 defaults to UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) mode. In the event of a sudden power outage, DJI Power 2000 can start powering the connected device(s) within 0.01 seconds [12], ensuring continuous operation and providing you with peace of mind.
In Standard Recharge Mode, DJI Power 2000 produces sound no higher than 29 dB, quieter than most household refrigerators. [13] Its ultra-quiet performance ensures normal nighttime power use, providing a full charge after a restful night.

Safety is a top priority for DJI Power 2000, with careful attention paid to each detail ranging from its body structure and cell chemistry to the system software. It also adopts advanced power management, maintaining battery level even when turned off for extended periods and ready for immediate use once powered on. For the battery cell, we've chosen LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate). It's safe and won't explode even if punctured. It boasts a long lifespan, retaining 80% capacity after 4000 cycles [15]. With one full charge cycle per day, it can serve for ten years [16].
The BMS intelligent battery management system provides comprehensive protection. With 26 temperature sensors constantly monitoring heat dissipation, the device operates normally even at high temperatures up to 45°C[12]. Additionally, 21 fuses provide circuit protection for each module. If the safety threshold for electricity usage is surpassed, the protective mechanism for power supply and recharging activates automatically, leaving no room for accidents.
The BMS system uses a new sub-nano coating for enhanced battery protection.
The power station is made of flame-retardant materials, ensuring that drops and impacts do not cause open flames. [19] It also has a static pressure bearing capacity of up to 1 ton [12], making it exceptionally reliable.
It also incorporates a new potting process to protect the inverter, ensuring safe operation in rain, condensation, and salt spray conditions [17].This makes it ideal for worry-free use while camping by the sea or driving in high-altitude areas. [18]
DJI Power 2000 is equipped with two complete SDC ports, expanding its power ecosystem. It can be paired with accessories such as expansion batteries, the 1kW Super Fast Car Charger, 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger, and fast charging cables for drones, meeting the needs of home backup power, short camping trips, long RV trips, film and TV production, and more.

This ample capacity easily handles power peaks or sudden outages caused by natural disasters. During your ride, the DJI Power 1kW Super Fast Car Charger [5] can use excess electricity from the car's alternator to quickly recharge the Power 2000 at up to 1000 W [20], fully charging it in about 145 minutes [10]. Whether for a weekend outing or a nearby camping trip, recharge while driving, and once you reach your destination, you’ll have power for camping lights, mini fridges, induction cookers, and other devices at any time.
The DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger [5] supports simultaneous connection to solar panels and the RV's[26] alternator, together providing up to 1200 W of solar power and 600 W of continuous car power to quickly recharge a Power 2000, taking only approx. 75 minutes for a full charge [21]. When parked at a campsite, you can also connect to the campsite's grid power and solar panels for hybrid charging, ensuring a continuous power supply for your long-distance journey.
With a large capacity of 2048 Wh, it can power more photography and lighting equipment, and also provide up to 240W DJI Power SDC super-fast charging [3] for select DJI drone batteries [22], enabling takeoff in as little as half an hour, doubling charging efficiency [23]. With two to three drone batteries, you can fly and film continuously throughout the day.
